Mr. Sadhu Ram is the Managing Director and Chairman of the Company.

He is a commerce graduate from Delhi University and a Fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). He is well versed with the corporate laws and other allied laws. He has been working in the field of finance and been an eminent consultant and expert in the field of finance and related laws. He has rich experience in the field of stock market. He has taken many discourses in financial planning and has served many corporate clients in past 38 years in said field. His understanding of capital market and equity analysis is incredible.

DIVYA AGGARWAL

Executive Director

Mrs. Divya Aggarwal is the Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the company who handle the Finance and Compliance functions of the company. She is a graduate from Delhi University and a qualified Chartered Accountant from Institute of Chartered Accountant of India.

She has a very good understanding of matters relating to Taxation, Finance and Accounts. She has undertaken various audit assignments of corporate and also has in depth knowledge of legal compliances. She has also compiled a book on CSR Laws in India and all India VAT.

MR. UDIT AGGARWAL

Non Executive Director

He is the Non- Executive Director in the company. He has done graduation in B. Com from Delhi University and also completed LLB from BR Ambedkar University, Agra. He is also a qualified Chartered Accountant and has good knowledge in the field of finance, taxation and corporate laws. He has plethora of knowledge in field of finance, NGOs and Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code. He is providing consultancy to many corporates and High Net Worth individuals in different aspects.

MR. SHYAM LAL SINGAL

Non-Executive, Independent Director

He is Non-Executive, Independent Director in the Company. He is a Retired Manager of State Bank of India. He has served for a period of 36 years as Bank Manager and has gained expert knowledge during his service tenure. His Experience and exposure in Banking Sector and Lending Loans will help company to grow better.

He is a Non-Executive, Independent Director in the company. He is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India having experience of 40 years in the areas of Accounts, Finance & Taxation.

MR. SUBHASH KUMAR CHANGOIWALA

He is a Non-Executive, Independent Director in the company. Being a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, he has rich experience in the areas of dealing with matters relating to Accounts, Finance & Taxation.
